Important Update Regarding COVID-19
12th March 2020
UPDATE: 20/03/20:
We have suspended the ability to request face to face bookings on the scheduling system. If you can, please support our small business by booking a phone or video treatment where we will talk you through self massage and exploration along with relaxation. More information on this here. Alternatively, please do have a look at our shop where we sell recommended sex toys, condoms and lubricant. Thank you for your continued support.
UPDATE: 21/03/20: The government have recommended closure of spas and massage as this is non-essential contact. Phone and video treatment information available here. Please do get in touch with us as human contact is important, even if we can’t offer it physically for now.

I’m breaking my blog writing block to make some immediate changes to the way we operate following the lack of containment of the Coronavirus COVID-19.
Amy is immunocompromised - a high risk person - it would most likely be very dangerous if she were to become ill.
Most of you will contract the coronavirus at some point, it will be similar to a bad cold or the seasonal flu for you, a few days off work and you’ll be fine. I have very little immune response because of chronic health conditions and the medication I take which means I can’t fight off illness as quickly or as easily. This may mean a month or two off work or even hospitalisation or worse and being fully self employed this directly affects my ability to live.
Being in very close contact with clients also means that we, your therapists, would spread the virus to others before showing any symptoms and we do not wish to do this for obvious reasons, we care about your health and wellbeing!
There have been a few hundred confirmed cases in the UK which means there are actually a few thousand people with the virus.
You shouldn’t be coming in for a massage treatment at any time with cold or flu symptoms even without this novel virus pandemic which has always been part of our Terms and Conditions so our cancellation policy will not be changing for now.
For the foreseeable future, or until the government issue new advice:
- All clients must wash their hands for at least 20 seconds on entering our home - before touching anything.
- We will be contacting clients that have booked in to ask if you have any symptoms or have travelled recently by public transport or attended a large social gathering.
- Anyone with even mild cold or flu symptoms will be asked to reschedule.
- Anyone who has travelled within the last 14 days to anywhere in the world via plane or public transport will be asked to reschedule.
- Anyone who has attended a gathering of 100 people or more within the last 14 days will be asked to reschedule.
- Goes without saying, but anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus will be asked to reschedule.
- Contain any sneezes or coughs in a tissue or you may be asked to wash your hands mid treatment.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose, mouth or genitals unless you can wash your hands immediately afterwards.
- Do not touch us. You shouldn’t be touching us without our consent anyway but we’d like to reiterate this and stress it’s importance.
Please do not book in with us until you know you’re in the clear as rescheduling just creates extra work for us.
The usual Terms and Conditions apply, if you cancel or we have to reschedule you within 24 hours of your appointment, this forfeits your booking fee. With more than 24 hours notice, we keep your booking fee on your account and allocate it to your next appointment in most cases. If we do have to cancel or reschedule with notice and you have paid your remaining balance and would like a refund on this, please contact us directly.
We would rather take less clients and still work than become ill and have to take time off.
We wish you good health and look forward to seeing you.
If you do feel symptomatic, please call 111 for medical advice first and foremost.
